It’s been fifteen years since the last class reunion. Even though that may not seem like a very long time, a lot has happened since that weekend. There was no 40th or 45th reunion – for whatever reason. Some began to wonder what had happened to our camaraderie.
Then in late 2011, a daily reunion began in the form of this website. Here, you can catch up on the last fifteen years or more; at least with those who have joined. Nevertheless, this is no substitute, no replacement for a time when you can greet your classmates in person, with a smile and a handshake or hug; when you can look them in the eye and say, “It's good to see you again. Who are you?”
For our 50th Class Reunion, four activites planned for the weekend are the Meet & Greet, Picnic in the Park, the Main Event, and Sunday Brunch. If you wish to plan additional informal activities with some of your classmates, feel free to use the class website messaging features do so. You decide.
Whichever events you choose to attend, take copious photos and videos. A placeholder in the Photo Gallery is ready to accept photo contributions. Upload videos to your own profile page (there is no video gallery), or send them to the Administrator who will edit all submissions into one and embed it into the site.
You must register and pay in advance to attend.
Step 1:
To start, pick Register Here.
On the first page, you will find:
Review the event details and decide which events to attend. In the Ticket / Activity Registration for Events container, enter in the QTY column, the number of people attending each event.
Pick the Continue Registration button to go to Step 2.
Step 2:
Confirm the quantity entered and add the name(s) of your spouse/guest(s) if you entered a quantity of two or more.
In the upper right corner of each event container are two icons. Use the pencil icon to edit the quantity you entered in Step One. Use the trash can to delete your attendance for that event (the quantity is reset to zero).
Leave the Guest is a classmate check box to the left of your name checked. The wording here is a little mis-leading. It does not mean a guest attending with you; it is you.
If you have entered a QTY of two or more, enter your spouse/guest’s name(s) in the space provided.
When your spouse/guest attending with you is another classmate (e.g., Jack Odell and Connie Gisel Odell or Randy Willer and Mickey O'Grady Willer), check the Guest is a classmate box - a Find a Classmate container will appear. Pick the classmate's name by using either the search box or Show All option.
If you have any dietary restrictions, e.g., peanut allergy or gluten intolerance, please enter that information in the Registration Questions box. When attending more than one event, you need only enter the information once in any box.
When complete, pick the Continue to Checkout button.
Step 3:
Confirm you payment method. Payment is by check only.
Pick the Continue button.
Step 4:
Verify your registration information. To make changes, use your browser's "Back" feature. If all is okay, pick Continue to Payment button.
The last page shows your complete order. At the bottom, find information about mailing your check. Mail your check right away so you don't forget. If the your checked is not received in a timely manner, the committee has hired a couple goons who will pay you a visit to collect the check.
No online method is available to cancel or easily change your registration. To do so, please Contact Us.
